Costa Tasting Protocol (CTP) organises private blind cognac tastings and operates the companion tasting app. Our address is Edificio Ulla 1, San Pedro de Alcántara, Málaga, Spain. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +34 653 568 651.

Our events and this website are intended solely for people aged 18 or over. By booking, attending, or using the app you confirm you meet that requirement. We may refuse service to anyone unable to confirm their age.

• Requests sent through our forms or WhatsApp are enquiries, not confirmed bookings.
• A booking is confirmed once we agree date, venue, group size and price in writing.
• Prices are quoted per event; the flight, group size and venue determine the rate.

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are agreed per event and stated in your quote. Where rare or vintage bottles have been sourced specifically for your event, costs already incurred may be non-refundable.

Tastings involve small measures of spirits. Guests are responsible for their own consumption and for arranging safe transport. We may decline to serve any guest who appears intoxicated or who is under 18.

• Guest access uses a name, event code and PIN — no email account is required.
• Scores, notes and the AI-generated palate report are for entertainment and guidance.
• Sharing a result creates a public link; only share it if you are comfortable doing so.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the app or its data.

Post-event bottle orders are subject to availability, applicable alcohol sales law, and proof of legal age on delivery. Shipping times and duties depend on the destination.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Spanish law.

These terms are governed by Spanish law, with the courts of Málaga having jurisdiction, without affecting your mandatory consumer rights.
